The high-power chip production project is a provincial and municipal key project. It is mainly an industrial plant with an annual output of 360000 8-inch silicon-based power devices and 120000 6-inch SiC power devices. The construction land area of the proposed project is about 440906.4m, about 662 mu. The total construction area is about 675803.35m. The project is divided into two parts of the first phase and the second phase of construction. The total construction area of the first phase of the project is about 244259.16m.
